Our Process
A Revolution in Sustainable Agriculture
Gather Fresh Chicken Droppings
Gather various organic waste, such as food scraps, bones, shells, durian husks, oil, animal carcasses, biodegradable bags, cardboard boxes, newspapers, and sludge. Exclude plastic, metal, glass, or stones.
Adding Enzyme and Biomass Blend
Introduce BIOCHAMP HEFA Enzyme Cocktail and add supplementary organic biomass like sawdust or woodchips if needed.
Activating BRTDS Digester Process
Activate the BRTDS Digester for 24 hours. The initial mixture contains around 40% to 50% moisture. The conversion process releases only harmless by-products like water vapor and carbon dioxide, with no foul smells.
Transforming to Odorless Organic Fertilizer
The input materials transform into organic fertilizer, constituting 55% to 70% of the original mass. The resulting organic fertilizer is pathogen-free and odorless, ready for packaging.
Utilizing Organic Fertilizer
The produced organic fertilizer can be directly utilized in agriculture and landscape gardening.
